The Karamell- Snack Ltd. is a Hungarian property which came into existence by separation from the Karamell Baking and Sweets Industrial Public Limited Company. on 1th of January in 2001.
The roots of the company go back to the last fifty years. The firm dealing only with sweets industrial work before came through a spectacular development concerning its profile, market and production positions and its dimensions. The most important stations of the process was denoted by the beginning of the fabrication of the crunchy sticks with salt and later the expansion to the areas of sweets industry. Our success was increased beside the Ropi crunchy sticks with salt by the acclimatization of making different products like the extrusioned? products, the hand-made Cherry Queen, wafer, dessert and diabetic sweets industrial products.
The present make of build , which evolved after purchasing and the fusion of the manufacturing capacity and the firm formed after the PLC, follows continually the changing consumer demands and customs thanks to our K+F work.

The whole product range contains more than seventy sorts of products whose quality is guaranteed by the manufacturing experience of decades and the quality assurance system of the ISO 9001 standard checked by the DNV. This system was among the first ones introduced into the food industry more than seven years ago. The HACCP food security system has also been working continually for several years.
Products made by the Karamell Snack Ltd. are beloved for decades. They are well- known and in demand in the home market.
The Cherry Love hand- made cognac sour cherry and our diabetic products are present at the markets of the EU / England, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium/, Canada and the neighbouring Slovakia and Romania.
Among the products of the Ltd. the reputation and market position especially of the Ropi crunchy sticks product line are prosperous. This product line is made by a genuine technology and won the Excellent Hungarian Product brand.
A whole generation grew up remembering Zizi or Pufóka, Színesgömb, Macskanyelv, Ropi when the hear the word ‘ sweets’.
