Quality management at KARAMELL-SNACK Llc.
Our company was one of the first food production companies to introduce ISO 9001 quality assurance system in 1995. We have continuously been updating our system since then, and we have polished it with the assistance of the experience originating from three-year period of certified audits and annual inner audit.
Our quality control system was considerably reorganised in 2003 when we proceeded to realize the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.
At this time we conceptualised our quality policy being valid nowadays and to be shown below.
The philosophic principle of KARAMELL SNACK Llc on quality is to satisfy customer needs with evenly high quality Ropi salty sticks, flavoured and extruded products and various chocolate drops.
We are supposed to remain a reliable and stable partner of our current customer base. On the other hand, we expect to satisfy our future partners as well.
As a supplier, Karamell intends to strengthen its Hungarian market position. Simultaneously, we wish to increase our share of export market.
In order to achieve these aims we introduced a quality management system according to 9001:2000 standards. Since then we have been operating and developing it continuously.
This quality management system includes purchasing ingredients with proper quality, the whole production procedure and product planning, satisfying consumer needs and measuring consumer satisfaction.
Our quality strategy consists of practically realizing „zero mistakes” and increasing quality standards.
Quality management is the common task and responsibility of all the employees of the company. The managerial commitment towards quality is an exemplary factor.
It is a fundamental requirement for staff executing different phases of production to demonstrate due care and caution to quality during their job.
We are highly determined to satisfy our business partners by the quality of our products and the standards of our services.
According to our quality policy statement we set newer and newer quality aims annually. After the assessment of these aims we are continuously improving our quality management system.
